Amy Roseman, a physical therapist at Levindale, will share six ways to help you add easy exercises to your day to keep you fit and feeling well in her talk on age defying exercise. The key to any successful plan is to make exercising do-able because if it’s not, most of us will continue to avoid it. You’re never too old or too young to begin get fit!
